Seller claims he was taken & is now trying to unload them. He doesn't hide the fact that they are fakes. (1) Why would someone bid on these cards (there are a few) & (2) Is this just a more innovative way to unload fakes?

Well That set will always be popular and spendy (Mostly top players) and I assume people that are bidding on them want a chance to own a $700+ dollar card for $200-300 bucks even though it is fake. Like someone said in another thread, atleast the guy is being honest. Also another interesting thing he said was that he sent the card to Beckett, in which they sent it back as the patch being questionable, which to me disproves the notion that Garding companys do not grade the patches in cards.
