Can someone make me a banner that i can place as my sig?

I figured, i was pretty okay with the computer....but I cannot figure out how to make a sig without it coming out really big. Can someone make me a Wladamir Balentien Banner and maybe explain through pm how to make a avatar? Thanks in advance!
