In all my years following of it, has anyone ever heard an OFFICIAL explanation of why some print runs are so low?

Player error, intentionally done, etc.? Just wondering...

I was expecting the Charles Clay to say 1 seeing as how I haven't seen any on Ebay. :lol:

Wonder how many will pop up now that it's confirmed at 99.

Once retail hits they will be pulled. Only a few of the /99 have seen ebay. Really odd. Can only assume they are in retail.
