Seeing Jeffs thread gave me the idea to have a thread dedicated to anyones Cubs pickups.

Feel free to post anything Cubs you have picked up recently...whether it be past Cubs, current Cubs or prospects.

Saw an ad in the newspaper this weekend and it ended up being all vintage Cubs commons. Pretty nice condition too. Purchased them all, 105 card 1957-1966.

his nicer stuff is not neccessarily the lower numbered stuff. several of Dawson's nicer cards are coming down
in price now that the HOF hype has faded, and most of the bigger collectors have just about every card they want.

I'll start posting my Sandberg pick-ups here. Here's something I never knew existed. Apparently, Ryno was the grand marshall for the 1997 Fiesta Bowl parade, and this is the souvenir program from that parade.

Got this one in about a week ago from a FCB member on eBay

and then this one today at the LCS. Super pumped to finally have an auto. Really wanted a Sweet Spot Auto, but they rarely show up and are a little more pricey.
