Theres no tutorial but I can recommend playing around with the program for a couple of weeks and you should get the hang of it.

ya that's how i learned how to use photoshop. u just need to get the hang of it

There are free tutorials on the web on learning to use photoshop, I would suggest going through those first just so you get the hang of the different tools, filters, sizing, etc. features of photoshop. Once you get the hang of out, doing custom cards will be much simpler than just starting from scratch and trying to figure things out on your own. Good luck!
