Did Topps produce non refractor 2022 Topps Update Chrome All Star Game Inserts?

This year Topps produced a regular (non Chrome) 2022 Topps Update All Star Game Insert. They also produced a 2022 Topps Chrome All Star Game Insert that is a Refractor. I cannot find a non refractor Chrome of this. They produced all 3 in 2021 (regular, Chrome, and Refractor). Could someone confirm if a 2022 Chrome (non refractor) exists of these cards?
