Ok here goes. I mail a card and insured it. Buyer contacts me says package arrived..but its empty? Im pretty sure I put card in the mailer. The way that I know this is-- because of the weight of the package that I have on the receipt. Buyer is a 100% positive on ebay. Buyer also stated package was still sealed?? What would you guys/gals do. I guess will file insurance claim and in the meantime give his money back?? I guess I can look for the card to pop up somewhere as it was a numbered card?
