A couple of weeks ago I sold a card on ebay. Part of the issue is my fault. I shipped the card like I have shipped many in the past in a bubble mailer with the card in a penny sleeve, top loader, and then the team bag that tapes over to keep the card in the toploader. Not thinking I should have added something to help make the package more stable than just a top loader so that is my fault. I received a email from the buyer stating that when they received the card that the card had been bent straight down the center. I received a pic of the card and the back is like the buyer stated awful looking. I told them I would refund completely when the card is received back. Today I opened my mailbox and see a white envelope with the buyers name on it. Then I can see inside that the item looks larger than a toploader. I opened the envelope to find that the card was half way out of the toploader now with the corners being trashed. I realize I was wrong for shipping without adding stability to the package but I'm a little ticked at receiving the card back like this. I could have at least saved the card for my PC and not really cared that the back was damaged.

I know I was wrong but just wanted to vent. Thanks guys
