Fantasy Hockey?

Anyone play? I have been out of the loop for awhile now and just joined a head to head league.
I have no clue so is it just my players against theirs? I don't have to make
roster changes like in Football?

I don't play fantasy Hockey, we just have normal Hockey pools. We pick players (Usually 20 or so) and when that player is gone you cant pick him again, then we just go by points. Usually every team has to have 3 or 4 defensemen as well.
