You guys can now search by player.

I also put in the ability for you guys to submit checklists. Hopefully with a little help and a whole lot of time we can get a good set of checklists to allow us to do somewhat complete player checklists.

When you submit a checklist it must be approved by an OPG mod. If it is approved you will get 1 thanks. This isnt necessarily a way for you to gain status but more of a way for us to to figure out who is adding checklists. I would like to add 1 or 2 checklist mods, whose sole job is to find and add checklists.

One little suggestion, when searching for a player and you get the list of all his cards, is it possible to add an option to add the cards to your watchlist without going into each one individually?

Imagine trying to price a bunch of cards of various parallels, you have to click back and forth way too much. If they were just on one page any normal user can just hit control + F to see specifics but at least that way you don't have to go back and forth.

As mentioned before, this will not happen. It is bandwidth prohibitive and the administration behind it would be next to impossible.

Is there something I'm missing that would explain why I can't see the OPG? I click the link (in this thread and at the top of the page) and it takes me to a screen with a bunch of years listed that says to select a year. None of the years, however, are selectable. :?:

Is there a way to submit a PLAYER checklist?

In the future will there be other sports?? Like hockey perhaps...

No. It would be beyond difficult since it is all user input.

would all show up as different sets. If the player checklists didn't use exact set names to every other one, the checklist set would be unusable. If you want better player checklists, I would suggest helping in the addition of full sets. 17rockies12 is doing an excellent job in getting sets entered but since there are like 20,000 different sets anything that you guys can find to help fill the checklist would be awesome. The more sets we have the better the player checklists will be.

I am totally game for this. However until we have people on those boards that will make it useful it will not happen. The ability to keep all of this updated requires many, many, many hours. The majority of the work is focused on prospect pricing do to the nature of this board. If we can get 100 users and guests on the hockey or football or basketball boards at all times, a hockey or football or basketball opg and checklist feature would be more likely. It would take a great amount of work to make this happen and at this point in time their are other more prioritized items on my list.
