Good morning.

I'm thinking about bidding on one of these, but I'm curious if anyone has seen either of these cards in person? Are the versions #'d to 25 really that red? I think I like the version #'d to 99 better if they are.

Good morning.

I don't think they are that bright, his scanner must've made it look brighter than it actually is. They're more of a copper color than a red.

OBD, they're copper, but not that red of a copper. The color looks nice in person, and is pretty close to a new shiny penny. If you pick one up and want to pick up a one touch for it, they fit perfectly in a 75 pt.

Heck, CM still gets seizures from their 1st Round pick that year...
Every time somebody says or references Barbie Carpenter, a small animal gets bruised ribs. I'm going to put my steel toes on, stretch out my leg, and go find my neighbor's dog.

Some people really are dumb as a box of rocks.

This seller clearly states that the jersey is not game worn and even says so with bold letters. Seeing the auction, of course I was interested to find out if it was real or not regardless of what he said. It took me about 30 seconds of photo searching to find out that this jersey is in fact NOT game worn or even game issued. Whoever bought this just wasted $500.

"the lesson learned here is to do your homework before you make a purchase, regardless of whether there is an LOA as even the best authenticators make mistakes"

Apparently the pictures were too pretty and colorful and the bidder couldn't be bothered to read the text. Sometimes I feel that all you need to really sell anything on ebay is a picture, and giant money symbols in the description box... or maybe just pictures of bright shiny objects or supermodels.

Someone talk me about of pre-ordering a case of Inception. I keep looking around at various stores for prices, analyzing cost, and trying to figure out how much of that will be recouped by selling the non-PC cards afterwards.... :|

Gt, you should get a job as a WNBA analyst to share your wealth of knowledge with the world of feminists.

If you do a case of Inception, I'll buy any Ponder autos from you to help make back some of your cash. Just sayin.

Hmmm, with all this interest, it might just be worth it to do a group break...

Well lets get some input: Who would be interested in doing a group break, and what format would people like to see it done in? I know I'd like a team break, as I'd like to land the Titans ;)

Chris: Were any of the Hawks draft picks at the premier?

Also Tim, are you able to remove the sticky from those group breaks from April in the box break forum? Not a big deal, but just something I noticed.
