Field of Dreams COA ?

Does anyone know of a way to look up a mid 90s Field of Dreams COA certificate number online?
Ive done some digging and I am not seeing anywhere that houses these. Guess is it's not possible due to the certs being pre-internet days, but thought I'd check here to verify.

Well known for selling fraudulent items mixed in with authentic. Not worth the paper its on- burn it.
