I just read that Scherzer is finalizing a 3 year $130 Million deal with the Mets. I now have a new favorite Met.

Gausman to Toronto and Ray to the Mariners. Don't forget the MEGADEAL of Wacha to the Red Sox🤣🤣🤣 if they wanted to lose 7mil I could have taken it to the casino

This is a very trappy Free Agent group if you ask me. I can see a lot of these players going downhill from their 2021 numbers but time will tell. . . .

Now for the obligatory post: Is ANYONE looking to sign a FredFred? any takers? 😟

I LOVE "Mad Max" but $42ish million a year?

No thanks. For just about anybody.

Last year, the Dodgers paid Price and Kershaw more than my A's entire roster.

With their upcoming player salary dump, they might be less than Scherzer by himself...

Wacha should give the Red Sox money to pitch for them. I hated when he pitched for the Rays. He was that bad

Did Corey Seager just enter hobby purgatory? Does anyone who was a long time Ranger even still matter in the hobby today? Sorry Ranger fans, but aside from Juan Gonzalez, I Rod, Nolan Ryan and A. Beltre, I can't quickly think of anyone else. I'm sure there are other stars I have conveniently forgotten, but I think many will agree it is not exactly a hobby spotlight. I know a few big name guys spent a little time there, like Arod on his way to bigger and better things...

I wonder if Scherzer will get a Dodger autograph now! Bummed about that possibility disappearing and the fact that we don't get to see him spend a full season in LA. That 2021 run was pretty sweet though.

Baez to the Tigers for about $20M per.

COULD be the best signing of the season, even if the Tigers still aren't very good...
