Sadly, that is NOT funny. It's the truth. I would love it if somehow, we as a community, could band together and force redemptions out of the game. Most go smoothly I am sure, but when they don't, it is essentially fraud. It will never happen, because despite all the horror stories we hear from others, we are all too willing to buy the products and the cards themselves UNTIL YOU become the victim. It's a nice thought though, especially coming from someone who is on the verge of being screwed for the 3rd time by a 3rd different company!
