Details are still sketchy but Game Stop is gonna take in PSA cards as trade in value. Under $500...

"GameStop is expanding into the collectibles market and is now buying and selling individual PSA graded sports and TCG cards.Customers can trade in graded cards for cash or store credit, at participating locations, similar to trading in video games. Select stores will initially purchase your graded cards to sell online, with plans to roll out the trade-in program to all locations.However, only cards graded by PSA will be accepted, and the program will not accept cards valued at over $500."
