Wouldn't surprise me if he was, he threw 95 pretty consistently throughout his milb career until half way through last season when he got a dead arm.

That's not true. His mph was overhyped out of high school he was at 91 in augusta he was 91 in conn and he was 91 at fresno. He can hump up to 94/95 tops but he was never a guy that threw 95 all game. He also never had a dead arm.
