Morning all! Don't really wanna be at work today. Slept like crap last night. Having our office Christmas dinner tonight. Prime rib was on sale this past week, so we grabbed one and then everybody is bringing a side dish as well.

Morning all! Sorry to be so personal. Rough night. I have had mild panic attacks before but last night was a big one. This is when living alone stinks. I couldn't catch my breath. Was real close to going to the ER. Finally exhaustion took over and I slept or something like sleep for about an hour. I have a Dr. appointment this afternoon.

three hours of burning brush in 55 gal drum ---wife wanted to trim some buses . Health issues getting worst with 19 bad --- delay my travel maybe a month --NOT GOOD

Thanks all! After my heart attack in May any little health issue makes me freak out a little, or a lot, and wonder if it will lead to something more serious. Dr.'s appointment helped. Just knowing it's nothing serious helps. I have another prescription, hopefully temporary.
