Grading Vintage oddball cards

I am about to submit a number of older basketball oddball sized vintage cards for PSA or BGS Vintage grading, for a friend, Steve Moger. The BGS FAQ says to click on the sport to see the different holders, but there is no link provided. Do they encapsulate discs (Sheckters, Sugar Daddy, ICEE Bears, Buckmans, Hall of Fame Bookmarks, etc?)

It seems like PSA does, but not too sure about BGS Vintage. Thanks in advance for any insight.
