Has the decrease in live.com savings affected prices?

I know that some were wondering what the affects would be, so I figured I'd throw this out there so the masses could provide an answer. Has the decrease in live.com's rebate affected prices on eBay? I've actually had some nice sales on eBay for the first time in a while, so I haven't noticed any changes (my BIN listings during the height of the rebate did not sell despite fairly reasonable BIN prices.)
