Help on this card

I recently got this from COMC and from what I can find is pretty much nothing. Anyone have any information on this card? As far as I know it was never suppose to be released. Any help would be appreciated.

It's a 2010 Bowman Chrome Refractor of Mitch Nay, back when he was on USA's 18-and-under team.

He has since been drafted by the Blue Jays. You can find him in his Jays uniform in 2012 Bowman Draft.
