Help with a CBS Fantasy Football League

I bought 1 of their $99 teams and went to draft, only to find out they dont have any leagues (left?) that allow you to draft before 9/15!!! What the heck?? The season hasnt started yet and with that draft, you already miss week 1! I looked everywhere on th site to see whats up but it doesnt say anything about why they wont let you draft before that date. The only thing in the rules says rosters need to be complete 30 minutes before the game or something. Can I just call the CC company and have them cancel my payment. or will I not be able to get a refund on something like this? All offices are closed for both the CC company and CBS. If I wait until tomorrow Im worried they will have me "locked in" and I wont be able to get a refund. Any feedback on what to do or why its like this?

Why would you want to DRAFT a week late? Spend $99 for a week late draft? I would call them or call you CC Company to get your money back if there is no service they can provide you. Start with CBS first.
