How to send balls for TTM

I was out of town and picked up two balls for TTM, one for John Miles (for sure) and one for probably Bill Virdon or some other old guy (that is what the balls will be used for, older retireds with a few exceptions)

How do you send them?

6x9 bubble mailer in a 8.5x11 bubble mailer.

I use two 8.5 x 11 bubble mailers with 6 stamps on each envelope. I probably overpay, but I don't want to risk it.
