How to send TTMs to college players?

Wondering how to send to them. and would be awesome to see an example. thanks for any help

usually just send it to the player c/o the athletic department for that school. I have had a lot of success with LSU for baseball and football players. Most of the really good college players have team usa cards that are already on the market. Maybe you could start there. Let me know if you need any more help.
