Im Organizing a BGS Mailing with the January Special!!

If anyone is interested in getting in on the current January BGS special of $5/20day, I am accepting piggybackers. So far, I have 2 other members submitting with me and I am already well over the 50 card minimum required to take advantage of this special. The only requirement that I have is that insurance is a MUST when the cards are in my possession (shipping to BGS and returning back to you). If this creates a problem, I am not willing to submit your cards with mine in order to protect myself. The cost for everything (grading, shipping, and insurance) will come out to $8 per non-auto and $10 per auto. If you are interested, I need the cards to be sent out no later than this Tuesday as I hope to have everything out to BGS by this coming weekend. Its pretty tough to tell from the scan because you cant judge edges, corners, surface, and back centering, but the front centering looks VERY good. Just based off of the scan, I would say that it is gradable.

You might be better off cracking it and resubmitting because they'll charge you a "review" fee on top of the grading fee for sub bumps.

I'd feel safer with them cracking it, as it's relatively high end, and with the discount already, I'd pay up to $15-20 to have someone do it, assuming the "review fee" is around the same cost to grade. Thank you for the insight though.

The review fee is generally around $6-8 so you should be able to stay within your price range.

I dont require it being insured on its way to me. The $10 covers grading, shipping, and insurance to and from Beckett and on its way back to you. Whether you ship it insured to me is up to you.

As far as I can tell, since the JSA/BGS authentication uses a different submission form and all different criteria, it is not included in this special. If any one else has any clarification, that would be great as in 6 different BGS submissions, I have never submitted anything for authentication before.

Thanks Casey. Too bad I missed out on the Porcello super, or I would have a quite a sig I will be taking piggybackers all the way up until tuesday, so just let me know before then. If I can be of any help until that time, just let me know.
