Yes, that is the Maryland flag patch (similar to the Ravens logo.) I believe they started wearing them in 2009 when they went back to the away jerseys that said "Baltimore" on the front.

I have seen several of these, and not one of them had this patch. ALL I have seen have been plain orange black and grey patches. AVOID
