So I am planning on doing the first FB live auction for FCB and for SCF(SportsCardForum.com)(I also own and run SCF). I will be doing the live auctioning on the SCF FB group page, so if you are interested in being at the auction, please make sure you join the SCF FB group:

I plan on starting it up this Saturday, 5/2, and thinking around 8 pm (EST) which will be 5 pm (PDT). I will be auctioning off cards from all 4 sports, Football, Baseball, Basketball, and Hockey. I won't have alot of Hockey but there will maybe one or 2. The cards will be newer and vintage cards. Post here on what type of cards would you like to see in these live auctions? I'm always up for ideas from all of you.

So the rules will be that you will have to pay for the $4 shipping cost which could be one card or 20 cards shipped to you for that same price. You will need to of course have a FB account and also a Paypal account. If you win an auction, you will be paying via Paypal with the friends and family option. Bidding will be done on the chat part of the live feed. I understand there is lag between chat and the video and if there are 2 bids that come in at the same time at the same amount, we will take whatever bid came in first(or is on top). I will go over the rules again in the beginning of the video and state them again during auctions.

Again, this is my first time doing this so I know there maybe bugs and hiccups. So bare with me on the first go around as I plan on doing this more often.

A learning process. Figuring out thing to get better at it and more interesting. 20 people were viewing at one time but only 5 or 6 of the same bidders were bidding. Need to get the word out better and also get more variety of cards. Alot wanted GU and autos which I didnt have much of. Will work the kinks out the next go around.

You should set up a twitter account...it will definitely get attention.
