Looking For Todd Fullers - Tips on Finding White Whale?

Hi, I'm down to 13 Todd Fuller cards I need to complete my player collection. Any recommendations on how I should track these down, assuming they were pulled? I know for a fact the 1997-98 Ultra Masterpiece is out there because I held it in my hand 10+ years ago but didn't have the money to buy it at the time. Would love any help on getting these, or hearing stories on how far you went to track down your white whales. Thanks!
