Mark Sanchez Holy Grail Rookie Cards

If Sanchez' 2 best cards, his 09 SPA nfl logo 1/1 auto rc and 09 Exquisite 1/1 auto rc, were listed for sale what would top dollar be for each based on Sanchez' and the NYJ season so far? How much would they increase if the Jets win the SB this yr?
Seems to me like Sanchez may be a good investment based on his overall success as as 2nd yr qb and the fact he plays in one of the best big markets. There are other good qbs around (ie Ryan, Flacco, Bradford, Stafford when healthy, etc) but based on their small markets they do not seem to be as good of an investment. I can only imagine what a Sanchez rc spa nfl logo 1/1 would sell for if the Jets somehow win the SB with Sanchez as their qb. What do you guys think?

I think Sanchez has a ton of potential and if one of those two cards were listed they'd sell for an absurd amount of coin... just my thoughts..

He has led 3 game winning drives this season, two being in OT.

Sanchez was 14 of 21 for 170 yards and a touchdown after injuring his calf in the third quarter against the Browns. A week earlier, Sanchez was 10 of 13 for 144 yards on his last two possessions in the fourth quarter and only possession in overtime to beat the Detroit Lions.

He has been very clutch

it's been fun watching the jets the past two years because of sanchez, ill tell you that!

that spa 1/1 nfl logo patch, if i recall, sold for around 1500+ and i coulda sworn an fcb member won it. he then resold it for over 3000+. correct me if im wrong but that how im remembering this...

if, and a big IF, they win the sb and sanchez wins mvp on top of that. would that add to the already hefty previous sale price of 3000+? quite possibly. how much more? very difficult to say because with a 1/1, it's so hard to guess the end price. it take one/two deep pocket collector to get the price go super high or the current economy could play into not adding much so it's a toss-up

i agree that there are other great young qb's right now better like ryan, flacco, bradford and freeman (imagine freeman playing for the jets with his stats??!!) but sanchez seems to have this moxy about him and he's def. the right qb for the jets. he def. has that ny appeal to him and should he continue, can see his stuff rising a bit more.

year 3, that's what im waiting for! see if he can improve on his completion % and INT's.

jets/pats game in two weeks! that's gonna be a fun game to watch!

What do you guys think of the 09 Topps Rookie Premier Sanchez Red autos? a good friend has a few and is a little unsure if they are fakes. Do you think it worth grading/authenticating?
