MLB Opening day is a holiday around here. Those of us on the baseball boards have come to honor it with our own set of rituals and ceremonies. Here at FCB we will do what we do best, give out a nice prize to the person who wins our contest. This contest is centered around the games labeled "Opening Day" games (April 4th, 5th, and 6th) and is winner take all. All you have to do is guess the TOTAL number of hits from all of these games and be the closest to the actual figure. Some notes about the contest...
You can go over the total, and if two guesses are equally close then they will split the prize.
In the event that two guesses are the same, the earlier guess will be the one that counts.
We will not be able to inform you if your guess is identical to another member, we will simply scan the thread for the closest one.
Guesses need to be left in this thread, and this thread only.
All guesses are due in Monday April 5th so be sure you take a look at the total hits from the Yankees - Red Sox game that night.
The prize is $300 in an ebay gift certificate.
All members of Freedom Card Board.com are eligible for this contest, with the exception of the two lead Administrators cgilmo and bouwob.
