Congrats. That's 15 minutes longer than alot of other people.well I lasted 15 minutes --first time at this gym
I've been stuck on 10 minutes at this gym . changed times so now i miss he strutting grunters -walk one end to other . 80 to 100 reps per minute Elliptcal [sp ] - heart rate from 90 to 140 per minute . NO scenery --normally only 3 /5 there . Not to bad age 70 little over weight ---goal lose at least 10 pounds.
HA I am at 172 and I wear a 38.I started losing weight when I got relocated to So Cal in 2014.. I was 285.. Today when I stepped on the scale I was at 237.
My wife bought me some jeans the other day.. size 38.. I haven't worn anything that wasn't a 40 or higher in 25 years!
