Troy Murphy signing tonight. He was there like 10 minutes late because of traffic, but lord knows he wasn't missing anything haha. There were about 5 people behind me, and 7-8 in the line when i was done. Murph is yet another awkward white guy playing for the pacers (him and Dun), but he signs everything and is pretty cool about it.

Cool graphs man! I too have started doing this as well. My friends and I have complained that there just isn't the ability to get basketball players to sign. Every year we have football player signings around town(hell...one year I even got Donald Driver) and there is always the ability to get autos from baseball players. But never the basketball guys. We had always heard about people hitting up hotels and whatnot but all the info we got was second hand and we never had a good bead on it. Plus I always felt nailing someone down for an auto at a hotel was a bit much. But with the lack of being able to get their auto any other way...we finally decided to try it. I am hooked!

I got these today as the Jazz were visiting. Looks like the Rockets handed them their rears eh?

I had a ball just for Deron and Boozer but my buddy was being a tard and didn't have anything to get signed so I had to relinquish my extra ball. I didn't mind helping a friend but he owes me in spades. I instead just decided to get everybody on one ball as a team ball. I was nervous at first because I always fear I will only get a couple of guys but I got everyone except two players. One walked to the stadium I guess and the other jumped in the bus quickly but they were someone I didn't recognize anyways.


Boozer is in the middle. Deron is to the left. Paul Millsap is above Deron.

Jerry Sloan is to the right. Korver is above the spalding. Okur is above Sloan if I recall correctly.

Some of the other random players. Jeffers, Matthews, Price, Kirilienko, Gains, Koufos, and Miles.

All in all a great team.

Some of the pics look nasty but I can assure you the marker I am using combined with the tackiness of the ball makes for one hell of an auto. They look very nice and bold in person. Pictures don't do them justice.

Some of the Grizzlies I got as well. I got shut out on Randolph but got guys like Gasol, Young, Conley, Arthur, Williams, and a few others though its hard to tell who now since a lot of them have no numbers next to their sig. I am not super familiar with a lot of the guys on the Grizzlies so its hard for me to tell who all is who.

The one in the middle (left) is Stoudamire. I loved watching him and he was one of my favorite players(though he will never be as cool as Stackhouse to me).

Now... I knew who these guys were. hence they got their own ball. Two panels of greatness.

I am going to try for the Bobcats come Friday.

And...I see you got Stackhouse...is he a good signer? If so that is great. Hopefully he plays one more year and I can get him if the Bucks come to town. I have wanted him on a basketball for 15 years now. The only chance I had to get him was when he was in Dallas. I couldn't make it and the guy who was going to get it for me not only goofed up the auto but also was a royal ass about even trading it or selling it to me. In any case...I'd like to get him in person. Very badly.

Those look really sweet man! Stackhouse is pretty good I think. Just a heads up, there have been a few bucks signings the last couple months around Milwaukee, including a couple Brandon Jennings

Nah...I'll have to wait when they come to play Houston. Hopefully he stays on one more year.

dwight was the only one I tried for when they got off the bus. Everyones favorite NBA legend came out right after to get something to eat, and I hadn't even gotten "mr Ewing" out of my mouth when he put his hand up and got in the cab. A little later redick, gortat, and Anderson came out, but I was across the street eating. Then a little after that Nelson and barnes left to eat with Ewing and I got Nelson then
Also, their team security guy was limiting everyone to one with Dwight, and would say something if you tried to double dip


I ended the season with a little more than 300 total autos. not terrible, but would have liked to have gotten more

I got the bobcats but am too lazy to take phone pics right now. Only two guys I didn't get was Mohammad and Hughes. A pretty cool team. I want to go get the hornets on wed. but I have to work. Sucks but oh well. Cool thread. I'll keep it bumped because I definitely intend to post in it when the season starts over again.
