Tonight Ryan Howard played in the NLCS and you guys played with yourself. Really love how you call schmidt an idiot and troll for this. Yet you morons are doing the same thing. Just remember Howard plays pro ball and you play pro pocket ball. He is still one of the best players in the game, his stats show that.

There is little question that Howard is a formidable offensive force in MLB, but proper context being placed in this years post season alone, he has had the worst run production of any clean up hitter ever recorded in pro baseball durring a playoff run. And as such, I think all the bashing possible for the time being is warrented. It's my opinion that he, in no small part, has cost the Phillies there epic season.

I could care less about him being out all season and talking stats. The simple fact is your locked thread and this one are on the same level as schmidtfan. Should I feel pity for Beckett?

for the record, I'm a Dodger fan first and a fan of whoever is playing the Giants second. I enjoy telling all my friends here in Giants country that their team has never won a World Series in the city they play in. I'd like that to continue.
No way Ryan Howard should have taken that pitch. He's paid to hit, and has made a handsome living doing it. He grabbed his throat in one of the most important at-bats of his career. Yes, I was taking a jab at Kevin - he's a big boy and can take it. Lord knows he likes to dish it out, and he knows he's gonna get some in return. I've known Kevin a long time, and I don't believe he'd mind this thread if he were around right now.
