If that's paper loss by his eye and on his ear, then PSA 1.

That lower-right corner looks unusually sharp, possibly rebuilt?

PSA 1 or Authentic.

Seriously, if that is a PSA 1 or A, I am in the market if you are selling. Love centered, vivid low grade key cards...

I agree... even if Authentic, then it's a nice card to have. Corners and edges look sharp.

I don't own it, in the process of trying to acquire it. I think my brain shut down after seeing the centering and edges haha, failed to notice the blem as digicat pointed out. Their asking price is in the range of PSA 2-3, going to ask them if the blem is scanner artifact or missing paper.
