NEED HELP RETURNING SOME DAMAGED CARDS BACK TO TOPPS

I have some damaged cards I got out of 08 bowman draft and want to send them back to TOPPS to get replaced...never had to send cards back to them so thnx for any help you can give out.

will paypal receipt and upcs from the box be enough info or do i need to add anything else..

thnx again

The Topps Company will replace any Topps produced card that is determined to be damaged or defective from any current-year product (only), while supplies last.

A maximum of 25 cards per request is permitted, and each grouping must be accompanied by the following four items: (1) a letter of explanation, (2) copy of receipt from the store in which you purchased the cards, (3) pack wrappers and (4) proof of purchase (UPC code found on the bottom of the box) sent to the following address:

Topps strongly recommends sending all replacement requests in a fashion which provides proof of delivery, within padded envelopes or boxes.

Please note that The Topps Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or, misdirected mail.

Replacements for eligible cards will be shipped within 2 to 4 weeks of receipt. Any ineligible cards received (or any cards that Topps is unable to replace, for any reason) will be returned back to the Consumer.

OH BUT will paypal receipt be enough for # 2 ?

(2) copy of receipt from the store in which you purchased the cards

Does anyone know if they consider terribly off-center/miscut card's as "damaged" (and will replace them)? Thanks for any info. guy's & gal's!!! :D

I once opened a case of 2007 Bowman Draft where all the chrome rc''s that were printed so off center they had no TOP to the cards. Every pack was the same. I had opened about 4 boxes before I caled Topps about it. I was steamed and made it clear that the brand name was TOPPS and my cards had no TOP! They told me to open a few more boxes and if they all had the same problem they would replace my product. I ended up sending them back 5 sealed boxes and a bunch of off center chrome rc's. Topps sent me a sealed case as a replacement.
