Need help with my sig idea..

I want to incorporate these two images into my sig:

I want to get these pics sized down to a little bigger than the Greenberg in my sig already.. Can someone help me with this?? Thanks..

EDIT: Did some stuff, but I don't want my sig to be that tall.. Maybe a banner would just be better..
