Hi, so I am relatively new at selling on ebay (ive sold one other item), and I put up an auction (I will list it at the bottom) which he or she won. It has been about a week and still no payment, and on top of that it shows that he is no longer a registered user. I was not at all happy with the ending price (too low imo), so what exactly should I do? Any help would be very much appreciated!

Just start the "non-paying bidder" process and since the winner of your auction is NARU'ed you should get your fees back immediately. On a side note, $4.90 to ship a card? Way too high when you can print a mailing label through paypal w/DC for about $1.59. High S&H can affect your final sales prices as well as your DSR's. Just my $0.02.

Yes, it is very high for shipping. I am not very good with setting up the auction so when I had ebay calculate shipping that price came up i probably just inserted the wrong weight for the package. And also I am sounding very dumb by asking this, but what is a DSR?

DSR - detailed seller ratings. Keep them high and you can qualify for discounts, let them get too low and they won't let you sell. Of course there are other stipulations/rules that I can't remember at the moment. Good luck!
