Carlton Recollections /30

[WizardofOz1982]

This week's mail so far (should have a couple more of the Classic Cuts Relics in tomorrow)

1997 Donruss Team MVPs - 4 more for my set build. I'm a little over half way done. All /1,000. Bagwell appears to be a foil variation like several other sets that have varying colors of bronze foil like Topps Winners, etc.

Couple dupes for my 1997 Zenith Rookie Roll Call set but they were relatively cheap and 90s inserts are jumping so why not.

Been slowly adding to my 2002 Fleer Classic Cuts Relic set build. McCovey /300 gets me to the half way point. Just 40 some cards to go.

Couple pick up for a 1952 Topps Look N See set that is in its infancy

LOVE the Zenith! Dufex > Refractors any day for me.

Purple Passages first pressing double album. most i buy are in the reasonable range. this one like a mirror gold.

[madbull34]

Crossed off the 2026 TC Refractor Ohtani. Only 3 more to go (2020, 2021 and 2024). I can't believe how much the 2024 go for. Around $200 raw. Must be because it's his first Dodgers uni one.

[WizardofOz1982]

Couple of pick up for my 2002 Fleer Classic Cuts set today. Both have only 250 copies. Unfortunately the Brooks arrived creased due to poor packing.

[mrmopar]

Got the S1 to go with S2.

Forgot to post this yesterday, 1952 Topps Look 'N See Famous Writers Edgar Allan Poe.

[Philip J. Fry]

This took so long to arrive, I actually forgot about it. 1995 UC3 Artist's Proof Danny Tartabull. It's a shame that this set was a one-off. Between this set and the Topps DIII set, 1995 was one weird year. Hell, add in 1995 Fleer and you'll get an idea of the type of year it was, design-wise.

This month has been very unusual. I was lucky enough to have a collector make a deal with me for this amazing card!

[madbull34]

Dodgers Duo Gold

Ohtani Heritage Rookie Cup

[WizardofOz1982]

Rare acquisition for me these days but picked up a Helsley 2026 Topps All Star Game Red Foil /5

Baylor /49

[Philip J. Fry]

A doozy today. 2000 Fleer Gamers Lumber Tony Clark (autograph + game used bat), 2000 Stadium Club First Day Issue (#061/150), and 1996 Topps Gallery Players Private Issue (#657/999, although the only number on the card is 657). The auto is a bit smeared, but I'm ok with that.

[banjar]

That's awesome. He was an incredible player. It really bites that he never won a championship.

1975 Sheraton Inn Great Plains Greats #5 Allie Reynolds -- An oddball I hadn't seen before for my Monument Park autographs. I was initially looking at cut autographs but opted for this at a fraction of the price. I prefer the ball point pen signature the younger photograph used here. I would have liked a bigger signature, but couldn't pass it for $10 shipped.

[Philip J. Fry]

An RC, some Dufex, and my favorite Bowman's Best design hands-down. The State Representatives is #2312/5000.

[madbull34]

Picked up the 2020 TC Shohei Refractor. Only 2 more to go (2021 and 2024).

Also got the new Dave Mustaine (of Megadeth) signed memoir.
