I know that this card is nothing spectacular but I wanted it to add to the PC. The buyer had it listed at BIN $159.99 OBO but I saw that the last one sold for around $9 so I figured why not make an offer and see what the seller says......so I offered $9 and won! I saved 94.37% off the BIN price....lol. Thanks for looking!

No, I'm pretty sure all BIN/BO fees are the same regardless of how much you list it at.
