Soda is a big one. Most obese or overweight people drink a lot of soda- even diet soda will make you gain weight. Besides all the sugar; it's the chemicals in Mountain Dew, root beer; diet coke ect ect. The body can't process it so its "stored" as fat. Then the high amount of sugar is just as troubling.

Soda is extremely bad for the body.
Soda is awful for the body not just for the carbs but for the chemicals you refer, but just one huge wrong thing is that they turn into fat. That process simply does not exist in the human body.

Passing up fries for fruit cup in IHOP is probably something I've only done once or twice before tonight.

Heard a good sentence at my last weight watchers meeting.

Watching what you eat between Thanksgiving and Christmas is not as important as watching what you eat between Christmas and Thanksgiving

Two and a half months into my diet and I'm down 24 pounds.

Sticking totally with Weight Watchers and walking 30-45 mins 4 times a week is what I'm doing.

Besides people noticing it, I tried on cargo shorts which I wore in August and they completely fell off me even when buttoned.

I found out today that the Points Plus Weight Watchers program has been replaced with a different program.

I'll stick with the Points Plus as I'm not messing with something that's working.

Seriously, for anyone here looking to drop the pounds, you should totally consider this.

June 2013 - 425 lbs
December 2014 - 375 lbs
December 2015 - 350 lbs

Not doing anything extreme. Walking 1-2 miles per day, cut down on fast food, cut down on drinking fruit juice.

My latest goal was getting to 210 by new years. I'm at just under 205 now.

Total loss of almost 32 pounds.

Down to 200, over 36 pounds lost.

Honestly, can't believe I've lost this much.
