Hi Everyone,

I grew increasingly tired of all the Bowman hype and as soon as my LCS guy pushed something different in my face I jumped on it...I don't know how I did because I'm not a vintage card collector but at $225.00 a pack I'm extremely curious as to if any of these are gems. Please help...ALL OPINIONS WELCOMED AND APPRECIATED!!!

1961 Topps #484 Hank Aaron MVP PSA NM-MT 8

1958 Topps #486 Willie Mays ALL STAR PSA NM 7

1960 Topps #326 Roberto Clemente PSA NM 7

1969 Topps #385 Orlando Cepeda Autographed PSA/DNA

I know I'll probably get killed on the Cepeda but I don't know what to expect from the others.

Results of my previous 2010 Bowman breaks are on e-bay already...

Very pretty and undervalued cards. The Mays did not sell in the exact same condition for $85. . . http://cgi.ebay.com/1958-Topps-Willie-M ... 2eacc1d141

The Aaron went for a hair above $86, and there's a BIN listed right now for $110.

Still, two very beautiful cards.

There are a few BINs for $165 on the Clemente but it recently sold for $80. http://cgi.ebay.com/1960-TOPPS-BOB-CLEM ... 588794a976

I would hate to say this, but Cepeda is probably worth less than half.

So, basically, the 4 cards are worth a few bucks more than one pack. But you have 3 gorgeous cards. For what that's worth.

Wow...$900.00 worth of packs, +/-$200.00 in actual value. Hard pill to swallow.

Thanks for the feedback Jeff--very sobering, and greatly appreciated.

These are going for a swim in the bay.

I'm sure Brian Gray will be along to give you a random prize.

Unfortunately, those are the breaks of opening a grab bag--er, wax.
