the funny thing is the guy is still emailing, hes now up to 950 and says "why wait 5 days to get paid when you can have 950 now, you can open alot of wax with 950!"

I got a phone call from my dad yesterday (not a card collector, FWIW) telling me how much money he has saved by emailing sellers before the auction ends with a lower offer. He says he mainly targets BINs which have been up for awhile. Haha.

You should have taken the $800. Look at all those extra fees you will have to pay now that its well over $2000.

So you're the lucky owner of that card! Very nice, nicest bat knob yet. Should go for well over $800 obviously. Congrats on a sick card

I wonder if it will surpass $4,000. My guess is it wouldn't, because I remember when the Gehrig Triple Threads booklet bat knob came out even with those fake pieces the reserve wasn't met but it went for just over 5K I think
