Pack searching at the card shop

I was on my way back home the other day and wanted to show the card shop owner a card I pulled at a mall show last weekend and as I walked in the store I saw the one employee searching the SP Authentic packs. I couldn't believe it!! I had a hunch some of the workers pack searched there, but I wasn't sure. The owner was out of town for a few days, so I have no clue if he knows what is going on, but when there are 40+ packs of SP Authentic piled in one box that should be a sign something is up.

Hopefully one of the owners will be there the next time I stop by the mall so I can tell him I will no longer buy packs there.

damn. If this was a shop you have been going to for a long time, I would be a little furious. Hopefully the owners take care of this, and get rid of the clown.

I would alert the shop owner and depending on what happened afterward I might never go back. If he let the guy stay, I wouldn't be able to trust the shop ever again.

I just started going there since I moved to western PA and the owners seem cool. I guess we will see what happens.

yeah that really sucks Troy, especially if you like to go there to buy single packs. Something like this happened to me as well at one of the shops in Calgary about 2 years ago. The shop owner was away on holidays and had someone else running the store for him. Same deal there, but this guy who i just met was searching all the packs right in front me. I dont think he realized how bad pack searching is/looks because not only was the guy doing it right in front of me but then showed me a small stack of jersey/patch cards that he had pulled.
