how would you feel if you were waiting for a redemption, and watched Panini release live autos into their newest products ? still alright by you ? if guys don't sign, that's one thing (not goin' there) but when you provide newer cards for them to sign when you already have people in line, that's just lame, AT BEST

I bought cases of Panini's first releases in 2009. Hot garbage, content didn't match what was listed on the sell sheets. I am still having problems with these first releases due to Panini's customer service ineptness
I have not purchased a single Panini product since, and will continue to boycott their products. Basketball used to be my passion in collecting, not no more.

If only they could produce products like these:

not the best example, I have more scans in files on my old computer

Can't get these in Panini, not a big fan of sticker auto's, but hell this beats the hell out of anything Panini manufactures.

I have to agree with Russ that their CS isn't great. But hey...I got a replacement for a redmeption a few days ago. So instead of getting a guy I've never heard of, they sent me a Jeff Teague auto. I was cool with that. I also like most of their card designs. I do wish Topps still made Chrome. That was easily the best investment you could get.

Panini is by far the worst when it comes to redemptions, specifically the number of redemptions they put in their products across all the sports. I don't care how slow the athletes are, if it makes for multiple redemptions in a single box, which is not uncommon for a Panini product, then delay the product. Topps has done it, Upper Deck has done it. While they all use redemptions, I have never seen more than one redemption pulled out of a Topps or UD box. After all of the box breaks that I watch on youtube, I've lost count of how many boxes of '09, '10 & '11 Panini product have had more than one redemption in them.
