Pissed Right Now ebay deal edit Ruled in my favor

Sold Jay Bruce Red xfractor auto bgs 9 for 620on ebay. I have 100% feedback on 300 transactions mostly highend. Buyer paid card was sent with sig confirmation. He signed on 20th opens case 24th saying package was empty. I can't lose this can I.

Did you ship with insurance?

I generally don't but if it's an item like that I'm going to after hearing another cautionary tale like this. Yes you could lose.

exactly what he wants pin. I responded with dc and sig conf info. also opened cases against him for misuse of buyer protection and feedback manipulation

It's called "Buyer Protection" for a reason. No such thing as "Seller Protection", that's what USPS insurance is for. It's not impossible that some mailroom employee "accidently" opened your package and resealed it without the card inside. Stuff happens.

yeah but ebay asks for sig confirmation over 250. i did everything they asked. Hell if I lose i guess ill just have to buy 620 dollar card and say i didnt recieve. i cant go hand the guy the card. I did what is reasonably expected of a seller

OMG sad to hear this happen to U. I still think U have a chance to win this case. If more people claim they receive empty package everyday, than ebay will lose a lot of customers. Eventually paypal will start to limit buyer ability to file claim more than 3x a year. Let us know how it goes my friend. And do let us know who this buyer so we can block him forever.

You'll probably win the case. I bought a cover for my iPad on eBay and the seller says he sent it and has the delivery confirmation to prove it but I never even received it. I opened a case and lost. Good luck with your case.

buyer also bought a 975.00 and 1000.00 derrick rose card, id be curious if he pulled
and nonsense on those deals.
