Made my first ebay low dollar deal that the buyer and I agreed I would ship in a PWE. Can you ship one card in a top loader and team bag for one first class or forever stamp?

I use a regular sized envelope, take a letter sized piece of paper, fold it into thirds (like mailing an actual letter), tape the card in its toploader to it in the middle, put it in the envelope, seal it, and it has made it every time. One forever stamp.

I've made multiple PWE trades using one stamp, but with a sale, you might want to look into getting the $0.66 stamp put on there and writing non-machinable on the envelope

Same here, never had a problem...

I always put a .70 non machinable stamp on PWE's but as long as it is under 1 oz a forever stamp is fine.

legally, it requires a 70 cent stamp(s) because it's "non-machineable".

You could get away with a 1 oz forever, but you are running the slight risk that the postal service will either return it to you because you didn't put on the non-machineable surcharge postage or the person will get the mailpiece with a postage due notice.

Next question... How much to mail a pwe from the states into canada?

$1.15 for a 1 oz PWE, $1.36 for a rigid 1 oz PWE (your technical mailpiece with toploader).

2 oz rigid PWE is also $1.36.

Value cannot exceed $400, no tracking, and you can calculate 3 and 3.5 oz rates on USPS web if you need it (and no international letter to canada can exceed 3.5 oz).

That's why I have no problems shipping a small, low amount order to Canada because I can do it in a PWE for reasonable rather than have to charge an outrageous amount for shipping to send a bubble mailer.

Used this method, got positive feedback yesterday from the buyer. It made it safe and sound. Thanks for the info!
