Razor numbering question

I was looking at David Cooper autos. Why are some numbered to 1199 and others not? Are there two different versions of each? If so, why?

The exclusive Autos are not nubered but short printed. To what is the ?

Not sure I completely follow. So which is the 'base' so to speak? The #'d or the exclusive?

I believe the #rd is the base and Exclusive is a SP parallel.
