I was at my favorite card shop(no longer in business) when a guy brought a Jordan RC in one of those "bulletproof" cases. It was screwed down so tight that when they loosened up the screws to inspect it, the card was stuck on both sides. They didn't open it all the way, if they had it would have probably torn the card in half.
