Not the smoothest of transactions, but I did finally get the cards today.

I paid via Paypal late night on 4/6. Seller said he would ship on 4/7.

I followed up on the cards via on 4/16.

I received a response on 4/18 (although the PM was read over a day earlier) saying that he would "get them out asap monday" (4/19)

I followed up again on 4/23 asking for a status since 1st class mail from Pittsburgh to me is 3 days according to USPS.

I received a response on 4/24 saying, "yes they have been mailed, idk why the delay but they should be there today".

I received the cards today and the envelope had a postmark of 4/22.

Maybe the delay came from not mailing them when they were promised...twice?
