Seems low. So was that a BIN
I'm at work and can't research about the price of his cards. And could this have been a special deal on eBay for a buyer specficly. Where this price and some side money changes hands , and seller avoids some fees and buyer has some what protection.
Anyway again at work so I could be way off here

Appel is 2-6 with a 7.93 this season. His card prices and demand are way down, so you paid what it's worth.

Appel's Cal League stats should be consumed carefully, because the Cal League is where pitchers go to die and where Brandon Woods are born.
And while Appel is performing a lot better in AA ball, he still isn't doing even close to what a polished college pitcher is expected to be doing after 4 years of D1 baseball and in his second professional season.
