THATS RIGHT! The Washington Nationals!! LOL I can't believe that they are even making an offer to Teixiera. I don't know why he would even consider going to DC to play other than for some promise that they will surprisingly win next year. I would love to see him in Washington playing opposite Zimmerman on the diamond. It would be a great corner infield for sure.


THey have reportedly offered him an 8 year 160 million dollar contract.

I dont see him signing w/ them. He's going to also want to win..and that isnt happened anytime soon there.
the deal is nice..but the sox will just have a better package for him..the $$ and a winning team every yr.
